I grew up in Northern Wisconsin, a place of long winters and deep imaginings. I'm sure it was there that I began to conjure a mute little boy gifted with magical hearing. Brought to life in THE SILENCE OF BONAVENTURE ARROW, he inhabits a charming, mysterious, sound-filled world in which he hears secrets and keeps company with one among the departed who simply can't move on.
